Jen graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2018 after spending her previous career in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. She is able to provide deep tissue, swedish, and anything in between. She can integrate cupping or stretching into any session and particularly enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals, whether they are sports related, recovery based, or focused on moving the body with greater ease. She is a detail oriented therapist who enjoys getting to the root cause of issues.
Jen enjoys hiking, golfing, and Krav Maga when she is not in session.

Nicole Antinarelli

Nicole graduated from the New England School of Therapeutics in 2021. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner of several years. She is able to provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, or something in between! Her goal is to provide each client with an experience tailored to their goals - whether that be pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, or increased mobility. She believes in a mind-body approach and strives to leave each client feeling that much better!

Marvin can focus on your whole body or just on specific areas of pain.

Rob Bickley

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, my family and I have recently relocated to Massachusetts. My interest in musician's related injuries sparked me to return to school to study Myomassology (a highly integrated therapy designed to provide the body with a deep sense of well being, chakra balancing, and pain relief). Along the way I discovered a true passion for massage therapy that has transformed my life. I love problem solving and I am dedicated to working together as both expert and guide to improve your well-being. I enjoy researching and acquiring new skills to more expertly meet individual clients' specific needs. I love nature walks, Taiji Chuan and Qi Gong, and family time with my wife and son.

Sarah Panajia

Sarah combines relaxation massage, deep tissue massage and stretching techniques to create a therapeutic massage that also promotes the connection between the mind and the body. Her massages soothe chronic muscle pain, alleviate stress and relieve anxiety. Sarah also loves working with our prenatal clients. Sarah is a graduate of the Salter School of Massage in Tewksbury.

Raven Porcher
Title: Licensed Massage Therapist
Raven has worked as a licensed massage therapist since 2009. People come to her for her ability to do firm and consistent deep tissue massage, as well as her ability to modify the session to an individual’s needs. Players from the Boston Celtics and professional soccer players have come to see her to augment their training and recovery.
Throughout her massage career, Raven has learned that no two sessions are alike. Everyone has their own set of life experiences and an unique relationship to their body, which deeply affects their personal massage style preferences and needs. This understanding has enabled Raven to utilize her trainings and extensive life experience to tailor each massage session to the needs of her clients.

Sandi Lachapelle

Sandi is a licensed massage therapist and graduated from Salter College in 2012. She was always interested in the human body, but found her passion for massage later in life. She loves to help her clients live a better quality of life, whether that means trying to avoid surgery, getting off of pain meds or just feeling like a human being again. Sandi uses a combination of Swedish massage, stretching, Myofascial release and deep tissue in her sessions. She has worked with clients who have MS, Parkinsons', cancer, mastectomy/reconstructive surgery, fibromyalgia, sports injury, post surgery and pre/post prenatal.
Sandi once enjoyed indoor rock climbing, obstacle racing and riding in the PanMass Challenge. She would like to hike along the Appalachian Trail and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Rachel started her journey of holistic healing as an herbalist when she was 24. Shortly after she started her journey with reiki training at Natural Healers, which then lead her to further pursue other holistic modalities. She studied massage at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She loves the natural world and is dedicated to continuously pursuing further studies to ensure the wellbeing of her clients in mind, body, and soul.
