ROOM RENTALS AVAILABLE!

Westborough Massage has three rooms available for rent starting April 1:

“Blue room”

This is a great space with a small lobby area and a treatment room with built-in shelving.  The rooms will be furnished with a seating area and set up for massage with a hydraulic table, table warmer and towel warmer. Adjacent to the existing practice with access to kitchen area and bathrooms.  Great if you have an established clientele.  

Available to rent for half day $50 or full day $75.  Option to include linens for additional fee.

Days are split into six hour blocks:  9-3 pm and 3-9 pm.

“Purple room”

This room is intended to be rented in order to serve our growing client base and is a generous size, also adjacent to the existing practice with access to kitchen area and bathrooms.  The space would be great for massage therapists and is large enough for two tables or to section off an area for clients or a desk area. This room would be included under Westborough Massage and therefore comes with access to our growing client list, booking software, marketing activities and phone coverage. Therapists manage their schedule, clients, products, services, and linens (option to include linens for an additional fee available as well).  Other professionals may find a good use for the space as well, so that is an option.  

Available to rent on a monthly basis for $700/mth. Option to include linens for additional fee. 

“Event room”

This room is located within the Westborough Massage practice and is a good space for holding workshops, classes, or other small group activities.  Currently set up for couples massages, the room can be arranged as needed.  Could fit 4-6 standard massage tables for a classroom set up.  Has an entrance separate from the main lobby as well.  

Available to rent as needed.  Rates to be negotiated based on the event needs.
